Partnered and coached existing staff of 4 work streams, including operational HR, selection, organisation design and the management of change. Development of business strategy for merged organisation with executive team. The joint team developed an integration strategy as well as a culture change strategy and new values and behaviours. The team achieved £19m of cost savings within HR-related areas of business.
