PROFILE
Jackie works with organisations both in the public and private sectors to develop their vision and strategy and from this their organisation structure, people roles, culture and behaviours.
Jackie has over 12 years experience in consulting and combines her business experience and qualifications with occupational psychology. Jackie is also an experienced lecturer, facilitator and management/leadership coach.
INITIATIVES
Jackie’s expertise and experience are in:
assessing strategic priorities; analysing processes and capabilities; designing organisational culture and structure; leadership coaching; and group/team behaviour assessment and development.
Jackie has worked extensively at all levels in Retail and Consumer Markets in the private sector; and Education in the public sector. Jackie also has experience of the IT sector (having worked in the past as a Business Systems Analyst) and the Retail Banking sector.
