PROFILE
Debbie is a leading consultant in business transformation. She captures the essence of the Board’s desires/vision and helps them translates that into a way forward for the organisation and its leaders.
Debbie is an expert facilitator. Her skills have been developed and proven over more than 30 years as a consultant and business executive. Debbie brings a systemic perspective to her work – considering the points of view of all the participants. She uses process consulting and breakthrough techniques to enable clients to find more creative and effective solutions to their challenges.
